Crunchyroll Promo Terms

The following Redemption Terms (“Redemption Terms”) apply to the Crunchyroll “Mega Fan” extended free trial offer. These terms incorporate and are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and the Crunchyroll Terms of Use. Use of the services described herein is further subject to the terms of the Google Privacy Policy and the Crunchyroll Privacy Policy.

1. Definitions.

“Crunchyroll Mega Fan” means the Crunchyroll Mega Fan tier, at a recurring price of $11.99/month, an online streaming app where subscribers can stream certain content on demand.

“Eligible Device” means any device with the Google TV operating system software. Eligible Devices do not include devices that come with the purchase of a pay TV subscription, which may be powered by a custom version of the Android TV operating system.

“Offer” means a 60-day free trial of Crunchyroll Mega Fan (a $11.99/month retail value).

“Territory” means the United States.

2. The Offer is only available to persons who reside in the Territory and who:

  1. are 18 years or older;
  2. meet all requirements set forth in these Redemption Terms;
  3. redeem the Offer through their Google TV device;
  4. are not current or previous Crunchyroll subscribers within the past 5 years; and
  5. have not redeemed any other Crunchyroll free trial offer in the 5 years prior to date on which the user redeems the Offer.

3. The Offer period is from November 21, 2024 to December 31, 2024, both dates inclusive. The Offer must be redeemed no later than December 31, 2024. Offer becomes void once redeemed or expired.

4. To redeem the Offer you must:

  1. use an Eligible Device;
  2. subscribe to the Crunchyroll Mega Fan tier via Google TV by December 31, 2024; and
  3. provide a valid form of payment. A valid form of payment is required when you redeem the Offer via Google TV but you will not be charged until the end of the Offer.

5. If you redeem the Offer by December 31, 2024, then you will receive a 60-day free trial for subscription access to Crunchyroll Mega Fan beginning on the date you redeem the Offer (the “Access Period”).

6. If you cancel the Crunchyroll Mega Fan subscription during the Access Period, you will not be charged and you will lose access to Crunchyroll Mega Fan benefits once the Access Period ends. At the end of the Access Period, you will be charged the subscription’s original price (currently USD $11.99 per month in the US) on a recurring basis.

7. The Offer is only available during the Offer period set forth in Section 3, and is not valid with any other offer and cannot be transferred to anyone. The Offer is limited to one (1) redemption per account.

8. Redemption of this Offer and use of Crunchyroll Mega Fan during and after the Access Period is subject to the Crunchyroll terms of use and privacy policy. Prices, membership benefits, programming and content subject to change in Crunchyroll’s sole discretion.

9. While supplies last. The Offer may be modified, canceled or temporarily suspended at any time and for any reason by either Google or Crunchyroll. No cash value, except as required by law. One-time use only.
