Special Play Points Earn Rate Promotion for Play Pass Subscribers

Eligibility. This Play Points promotion is available only to individual Google Play Pass subscribers who enroll in Google Play Points, activate a Google Payments account, have a valid auto-renewing paid Google Play Pass subscription (“Eligible Subscriber”), and during testing are within the randomized testing group. Family members of a Google Play Pass subscription are not eligible for this offer. Subscribers paying through a prepaid plan, subscribers on a trial subscription, or subscribers whose account is on hold due to payment issues are not eligible for this offer. This special Play Points Earn Rate Promotion for Play Pass Subscribers is available only on the mobile version of games and apps within the Play Pass subscription.

Special Point Earn Rate Promotions. Special point earn rate promotions are Promotions where Google offers a higher point earn rate than the Level Base Point Earn Rate applicable to your Level on certain Net Purchases ("Special Point Earn Rate Promotions"), as set forth and defined in the Google Play Points Terms of Service, section 5. Points from Special Point Earn Rate Promotions replace the points earned from your applicable Level Base Point Earn Rate unless your Level Base Point Earn Rate is higher. Google reserves the right to remove this benefit at any time with reasonable notice.

Effect of Play Pass Subscription Expiration. An Eligible Subscriber will lose future special point earn rate promotions described herein if the Eligible Subscriber’s Play Pass subscription expires for any reason. In addition, if an Eligible Subscriber’s Earn Rate Promotion is still active upon Play Pass subscription expiry, then the unused earn rate promotion will be revoked or end early on the day of subscription expiry.

General terms. Valid in France, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, United States, and United Kingdom only. These promotional terms incorporate and are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service, the Google Play Points Terms of Service, and the Google Play Content Promotion Terms of Service. Google reserves the right to remove this benefit at any time with reasonable notice.
